All Things...
Greetings beautiful one, this is our first article for Silent Sufferers. As I was asking the Lord what we should discuss, I have to tell you my heart leaped for joy when He told me what to begin with. Are you ready? Grab your coffee, turn off the television, put the cell on vibrate, here we go.
All things Are Possible For Those Who Believe. Mark 9:23
I think it's very important for us to grasp as we begin on this journey of rediscovering the truth about who we are as women, that we recognize and start with one essential and vital truth and that is; we will live no better than we believe.
In order for you and I to live the abundant, blessed and good life that Jesus Christ died to give us, we must believe what He says about us over any other voice or circumstance and that includes our own voice as well.
We need to really grasp as one of Gods girls that we are; loved, chosen, purposed, called and powerful. We were created by God himself and appointed to this earth for such a time as this.
We are not an afterthought, we are not here because our parents wanted us or didnt plan for us, we are here by design, intentionally thought out and intricatly created so that we might be to the praise and glory of our God.
This truth gives me much hope, it erases all the ugly realities of how I came to be. I don't know what you were told about how you came to be, but if your like me, it's definitely not the way that leaves one feeling warm and fuzzy and reminiscent about.
Nevertheless, here we are! Regardless of the plannings of man, we
are here because God has a plan and our very existence testifies to
this. I want to tell you and I want you to receive this into your
spirit; there is something up ahead for you and I more wonderful than anything behind us!
The best is yet to come, we have survived, you may feel like
your drowning right now, but cheer up my beautiful friend, the very
fact that you are here and reading this means God has more in store for
you.
Don't give up, don't believe the circumstance, believe the Lord and He says;
'All things are Possible for those who believe.'
I have to warn you, it may not be easy, you may have to revisit some
places you have buried but never dealt with. I want to encourage you
with this one verse from the heart of God to you;
"He shall rebuild the ancient ruins and the places devestated long ago." Isaiah 58:12
If the there is one thing I know that I know, it's that we cannot go and take our Promised Land (our land filled with Gods promises) with
the bondage and unbelief of Egypt. It wont work. There is a reason that
the Lord took the Israelites the long way around. Canaan was an eleven
day trip from Egypt, but the Lord knew that just because their physical
bodies were delivered from being slaves, their minds weren't, and God's
Word is very clear; "As a man thinks in his heart, so is he." Proverbs 23:7
Listen beautiful one, shame, guilt, regrets, bondages, abuse and confusion are all the evil workings of an enemy that wants to destroy you. He wants to destroy every ounce of your faith. He wants to steal and rob you of your beautiful identity and he wants to kill every bit of your joy because he knows that 'The joy of the Lord is where your strength lies" Nehemiah 8:10.
Today, serve notice on this liar! Start to believe that you are a beautiful, precious woman of God. Believe that you have been given gifts and abilities that no one else has and together we are going to dance upon the injustice in our lives and discover the princess within each one of us. You and I are one of a kind, there has never been nor will there ever be another woman like us on this earth.
The first step to stop the suffering is;'Believing that all things are possible."Since this is our starting point for Silent Sufferers, let's take this next week to observe ourselves. What are we speaking and thinking on? The Bible says that "those who know their God shall be strong and do great exploits" Daniel 9:32, so before we can do something about our lives, we must know our God and believe that He is for us and that He is willing and able to help us. God says that believing Him, not our circumstances is the way to do it.
Beautiful one, just Believe.....
