There is Nothing New Under the Sun
Dear Child,
I know you like to be creative. It is the way I designed for you to express yourself from birth. You are My one of a kind creation. I formed you in My image in your mother's womb. I am your Creator God, Elohim. I create, that is Who I am! In the beginning, I created all things, and it was very good. You also began life enjoying to make things. The difference is when I create, I bring something into existence. When you create, you use something I created to express a thought, feeling or idea.
When you finish a craft, project, song, or blog, you sit back thinking you created something brand new. Guess what? "There is Nothing New Under the Sun." I don't say that to dash your spark of excitement in being satisfied with what you have done. I say it to keep you remembering that all you do that is good is done in and through Me, and most importantly for My glory.
I want you to be creative, to find beauty in all you do. Follow the dreams I place in your heart and embrace uniquely who I created you to be. I give you so much freedom when it comes to design, enjoy the freedom to explore.
So, sing a new song, draw a picture, redecorate your bedroom. Do it all to My glory and praise for everything I have given you. I delight in your enthusiasm. I love you so much, and I look forward to you coming to Me with your "creations" saying, "Look, Dad, see what I did?"
My heart bubbles with acceptance, "That's My girl! Way to go!"
