vLoG mE BaCk, what could that mean? Well it kind of happened by accident. I decided to break out and do my first official vlog this weekend. Do I change the name of this column to a Vlog in a Blog now? Yeah, we wont go that far! Vlogging is when you get out your webcam and hit record while you talk about, well, whatever you want. Just like in your blog you get to choose what to say. But of course in vlog, the 'v' is for video, so it's more than words you need to think about. (good lighting can make you look just marvy!)

When I sat down to record my vlog, it was really on a whim. Lori, my wonderful new friend over at Lori's Reflections and her book review site, Loris Book Reviews set out to do hers. She posted it over on FaceBook and I was inspired! That night I sat down and just hit record on my MacBook.  (Hint: If you cannot see the video embedded below, here is the link... First Vlog

Well, if you hang on till the last 3 words of my vlog, I blurted out... Vlog Me Back!
It was a natural thing to say, as I wanted other Christian Women to Vlog MeBack!
I know I have not posted very much here at Take Root and Write in the last year. The Magazine has grown so much and the community has too. Keeping me and our entire team very busy! But if you can gleam anything about me from what I do, I love to connect Christian Women.

Christian Women Affiliate has been brewing since December 28th, 2008. I knew God had given me a vision. So naturallyI I bought the domain. I thought He would bring it into reality months ago. But we all know, we want all things to be in His timing, not ours. He has been bringing in the Team, partnering up ministries, uniting Christian Women and now we are literally weeks away from opening.

We will be posting a topic every week where you get to vLoG mE BaCk! Even though the area is inside Christian Women Affiliate, I started a YouTube Channel for it, as it will host all the vidoes before posting them in CWA. You will find its branded to look like CWA.

You need to get out your webcam, set up your YouTube Channel, so you can join in!
How about starting off with an intro one like mine, just to get your feet wet! No worries, if your lost and don't know how to get set up. I am going to post video tutorials just for you.
